Tra’velis Policies and Procedures

PAYMENTS

  • All Major Credit Cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER, DINERS etc.)

PREORDERS-(when a new item is being launched, clients are able to place a pre-order prior to start of  production to  ensure their garment size and color prior to sell out).

  • All preorders must be paid in full.
  • When there is a “FULL Production”, allow at least 6-8 weeks for complete processing ( ordering fabric, cutting, sewing, processing and shipping).

SPECIAL ORDERS

  • 2 weeks for production and shipping.
  • All items may be special ordered if we no longer carry your size and color.
  • All special orders are priced at the regular price regardless of it being a sale item. So if an item is regular priced at $125 but on sale for $75, you will have to pay the $125.
  • Clearance items may not be special ordered.

PROTECTIVE FACE MASK

  • Due to sanitary regulations once mask are shipped they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

SHIPPING

  • Please allow 2-3 working days for packing and shipping.
  • Domestic shipping is via USPS Priority mail.
  • All items include signature confirmation in the shipping charge. This is required. No exceptions.
  • USPS Express Shipping (overnight or 2nd day delivery) is also available at an additional charge.
  • Tra’velis is not responsible for product once it has been shipped. For Clients protection, consider purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses UNLESS another address is provided.
  • If an item is returned, the Client is responsible for “RE-SHIPPING” cost.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

Travelis does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Tra’velis RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • There is a NO RETURN POLICY. EXCHANGE ONLY within 5 days of receipt of product.  A company credit can be issued and does not expire. Company credit is for the cost of merchandise only,  shipping cost is NOT included. Client would need to contact Tra’velis within 48 hours of receiving the item. All returned shipping will be at the cost of the Client. Returns must be received within 5 days after notification.
  • All CLEARANCE merchandise is final.
  • All SPECIAL MADE orders are final.

*Important: All exchange items must be unused, unworn, unwashed. Items must be returned in their original packaging within the policy period of 5 days. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued.*
